Alex grew up in a Jewish home, but he never really connected with the Jewish faith. When his parents got divorced when he was young, he turned to drugs and alcohol in high school, and he began to deal with depression and anxiety around the same time. Alex heard about Christianity from his former girlfriend, but he wasn't interested in faith until that relationship ended. Through that process and the end of that relationship, Alex began to learn about what it meant to be a Christian, and he chose to begin a relationship with Jesus. And now, Alex says, "It was the best decision I’ve ever made."

We praise God together with Alex for the ways in which He has drawn Alex to Himself – and we're thankful to be walking alongside him in his faith journey!
