Over the past few days, over a hundred pastors and ministry leaders from about sixty villages came together for a week of fellowship and encouragement in the Amazon. Preaching the Gospel in the Amazon can be difficult and isolating at times, but the Conference offers a chance for JMI staff and volunteers to pour into these incredible leaders and learn from their walks with Christ in the deepest corners of the Amazon jungle. 

From reconnecting with a couple they met a year ago, to sharing powerful moments of prayer and reflection, the Koons had a physically exhausting but spiritually renewing week visiting with this incredible community of bold Christ-followers.
