Victoria Danylov was baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit on Sunday, November 6, 2022. Victoria was baptized by Penny Myers, her fifth and sixth grade teacher who has taught her a lot about who God is. It is wonderful to hear about God’s story being shared in the classroom. We are so excited for Victoria, and this big step she’s made! She wrote the lovely reflection on God’s love for us below:

“We were already on our way to hell, with no escape. But Jesus came to earth and died on the cross to save us. And He didn't get it easy. He went through all the pain, the torture, the teasing, and He didn't even take credit. He gave all the credit to God. He even made blind men see, He made the lame walk, and He rose the dead. And even when people sinned and disobeyed God, He still loved them and He still loves us and He will always love us no matter what we do.”
