PRESCHOOL & KIDS MINISTRIES

Franklin Campus: Preschool Ministry on Sunday mornings resumes August 9 and Kids Ministry programming resumes August 23.

Our goal is to do this in the safest way possible so we are asking children, parents, and volunteers to have their temperature taken before entering the ministry areas. If anyone has a temperature of 100.4 or more we ask that they stay home. Also we ask all adults (parents & volunteers) wear a mask. Then to help follow the CDC socially distancing guidelines we will be observing a one way traffic flow through the ministry area.

Nolensville Campus: Preschool and Kids Ministry spaces reopen on Sundays at the 8, 9:30, and 11 am services on August 23.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Below are answers to some commonly asked questions about our reopening.

Will I be required to wear a mask?

No, you will not be required to wear a mask while attending church. However, we will have masks available for churchgoers and will encourage those attending to wear them. Our volunteers and staff members will be required to wear them while serving.

What measures has RHCC taken to keep the facilities clean and safe for people?

Our facilities team has worked extremely hard over the past few weeks and months doing extra cleanings of our entire building, especially when it comes to the high-traffic areas such as the entrances and exits. These high-trafficked areas, the restrooms, and the auditorium is going to be cleaned between each of the services as well. Along with that, our staff members and volunteers will undergo a health screening and temperature check prior to serving, and they will also be required to wear a mask while serving.

How do I pre-register for services?

You will only need to pre-register for a service at our Nolensville Campus. Pre-registration is very easy! Simply visit our website the Monday prior to the Sunday worship gathering and sign up there.

When will services go back to normal?

This is ever-changing because of COVID-19. Because of the location, each campus is in a different stage of reopening. But we are doing our best to make your worship experience as safe as possible. For more information, please visit each campus's reopening page. In the meantime will still continue offering online worship services as well.

How will churchgoers follow social distancing guidelines?

We are operating at a reduced attendance capacity in order to practice social distancing.

What are some ways that I can serve the church during this time?

If you are willing and feel comfortable to serve at RHCC during this time, we would love to find a place for you! Many of our volunteer teams are still going to be needed during the phased plan of reopening the church building, but they may look somewhat different than our normal serving schedules or locations. If you’re interested in serving please let us know by selecting the campus you would like to serve at.

When will community groups begin meeting again?

Community groups are meeting again at their own discretion and following social distancing guidelines and regulations. We recommend communicating with your community group leader, as some groups may feel more comfortable meeting while others may not. Our encouragement is that groups meet outside when possible and no food or drinks are served.
