FOR AN IN-PERSON SERVICE

For the past several Sundays since going completely online, we've been praying, watching, and waiting for the right time to return to safely return to in-person worship services at our campus. Our ministry teams will still be facilitating ways to connect from your homes, but for those who are ready to join us in-person, we can't wait to see you soon! Visit our Reopening page to find out all the details on how we're phasing our reopenings, and what to expect!

Part 2: Falling in LovePart 2: Falling in Love - NAC

Nic Allen

September 20, 2020

Just under 50% of all US marriages end in separation and divorce. That stat only grows in subsequent marriages ensuring the US a top ten spot in the worldwide divorce rate. Needless to say, a sermon series on marriage is necessary and ultimately affects everyone regardless of current marital status. Falling in love is a dangerous concept because, as portrayed by the world, falling out of it is even easier than falling into it. A marriage loosely based on the concept of feeling rather than the fervor of commitment will certainly fail even if it lasts. What if singleness isn’t simply God’s “call” the way it’s often explained or that marriage isn’t just God’s “gift” the way it’s often viewed? What if both are more aptly viewed as varied chances to seek and honor Him and serve others in the world?

Don & Cynthia's Story

"We need to recognize the potential relationships with the people in our community." Listen to Don and Cynthia's story of how they have lived their lives on mission where God called them.

Racial Reconciliation & The Church's Role

“We have to listen, we have to speak out, we have to love.” One of our very own worship leaders, George Mhondera, sat down with Pastor Jeff to give us a chance to hear about his personal experience with racism, injustice, and the ways we, as the church, must step up.
