Faith Over Fear // Lord of All

Jesus came to heal and redeem people. Religion is about man trying to get to God. But Christianity is about God coming to man. Religion is about rules, but Jesus is about people. Jesus loves people, and He loves you. When we place our faith fully in Jesus, it changes everything in our lives. He overcomes our fears to bring healing and hope to our hearts. Jesus makes us whole. May we live our entire lives with our faith fully in Jesus and one day hear Him say to us, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” Let’s choose faith over fear today.
Jesus is Lord
“For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.” Matthew 12:8
- Jesus is Lord over all Religion.
- Jesus wants to be our Savior and Lord.
- The declaration of faith for a Christian is to proclaim, “Jesus is Lord.”
– “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9
Jesus is Loving
“How much more valuable is a person than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.” Matthew 12:12a
- Religion sees the rules, but Jesus sees the person.
- Jesus wants to bring healing in our lives.
- Jesus loves you.
Place your full faith in Jesus
“In His name the nations will put their hope.” Matthew 12:21
- We place our faith in the things of the world, but only Jesus can truly save us.
- Throughout history and in all nations, baptism in the Name of Jesus is the outward expression of one’s faith as a follower of Jesus.
