On Sunday, July 31, 2022, Ellis Johnson was baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Ellis has been talking with her parents about her faith and the decision to be baptized for about a year, and this summer it’s become clear: she calls Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior! 

As a church, we are overjoyed that God has used us to fulfill the prayers of Ellis’ parents that she would be surrounded by loving brothers and sisters in Christ who would help bring her up to know the Lord. Praise the Lord for prayers answered and the salvation He brings! And may Ellis be blessed so that she can do amazing things in the name of Jesus, as she continues her walk alongside her church family.
