Summary

We live in a word bombardment. We are inundated with words nonstop, from television to social media to text messages and everyday conversations. There is no scarcity of words, but there is a scarcity of grace-filled words to build people up. As followers of Christ, we are called to a different standard with our speech. Our words have power, and we use them for good or evil. Ephesians 4:29 counsels us to be wise with our words to the glory of God and the good of others.
